"I bought two pair size 11 & 6 thinking they were leather because that’s what’s I searched specifically and they weren’t. The size 6 had yellow spotting on the heel but my girl decided to keep them anyway. They look overall nice other than that. Haven’t worn around town yet."

"Went to order these shoes in the women's shoe section in my size (women's 8.5). To my surprise they delivered in a men's 8.5 which is a women's 10 and way too big for me. I'm not sure why they came like this since I was in the women's shoe section and when ordering the shoes nowhere did it say that the sizes were in men's sizes. I'm very upset that I have to return them. I probably will just order from the Vans website next time :("

I ordered these shoes a month a go and they just reached my town and will be delivered tomorrow. 2 weeks ago I ordered the same shoes but in a different color from vans.com and they got to me in less than a week with free shipping. What annoys me even more is that the shipping label was created the day I place the order then my package sat in the warehouse for at least 2 weeks before they were shipped - because the shipping label was created I could not cancel my order at that point and have to wait for them to be delivered if I want a return. Lastly, only a few days after placing the order I started receiving multiple emails to rate my product which had not even left the warehouse yet. So if you want to order shoes, do not order from pacsun"
