United States Residents: Requests Under various U.S. Consumer Privacy Laws

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), Colorado Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and other US state laws, residents of those states have the right to request information regarding personal information about them we collect, sell, and disclose for a business purpose (a “right to know request”), request deletion of their personal information (a “deletion request”), and opt-out of the sale of their personal information (an “opt-out request”). Pacsun is committed to honoring the Privacy wishes of its customers and visitors, therefore, Pacsun extends these privacy rights to all US residents. In addition to filling out and submitting this webform, U.S. residents may make such requests by calling (877) 372-2786.

To use an authorized agent, a U.S. resident must provide the agent with written authorization. Therefore, after receiving a request from an agent, we will contact the agent to receive a copy of the written authorization from the U.S. resident on whose behalf the request is being made. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by the appropriate U.S. resident to act on their behalf. Furthermore, for right to know and deletion requests only, a U.S. resident may also be required to verify their own identity with us. The requirements to use an authorized agent for right to know and deletion requests do not apply when a U.S. resident has provided the agent with power of attorney pursuant to U.S. state laws.

Important: For Privacy requests for specific information retained in our systems, Pacsun requires a signed affidavit attesting to your identity to be provided before processing the request.
