Pacsun does not sell Personal Information. We may share Personal Information with certain Businesses with which we have a relationship in order to provide services to our customers. Some of these businesses may require consumers directly input their personal information in order to fulfill that business’ service to Pacsun, e.g. consumer inputs personal information and sensitive personal information directly with a payment processing vendor. In each of those instances the third-party business is required to limit its processing personal information to those purposes for which it was engaged by Pacsun.
Pacsun also shares your personal information for purposes of focused advertising, bringing you product that most closely resemble your shopping preferences. In those instances, the Identifiers, Commercial, Internet or other electronic network activity information, and Information Drawn from Information above may be shared with those businesses.

Pacsun retains personal information for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for so long as it is needed to continue providing its services. When an account is inactive for more than one year (no purchases, no access to account, or no website visits), it is deleted. When we no longer have a legitimate business purpose to retain your Personal Data, or when you request that we delete your personal data (except pursuant to one of the exceptions noted in the Pacsun Privacy & Cookie Policy), we will remove your Personal Data from our systems and records and direct our service providers to do the same, that may include taking steps to anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.
