"the waistband was a reasonable size for me and the length of the shorts were also reasonable. the issue i think was the pockets, which kind of made the shorts balloon out. the quality of the fabric was nice, but it became rough after the first wash (maybe it was an issue with the machine, though). these shorts look cute on a ton of people, just maybe try in store first"
