"Received mail-order shoes promptly, and are quality as expected. HOWEVER, they were apparently pulled from a retail store’s imventory as one shoe had a tamper-proof antii-theft sensor on it. Had to take to a store to have it removed. Kinda defeated the whole convenience thing of ordering online."

"I searched in women's shoes. I ordered a women's size 9. I got a men's size 9 which is an 11 in women's. I thought I'd return them but since there is no pacsun store near me, they want to charge me $10 to return them. I also got these on sale, so I would lose money returning them and replacing them. I will never order from here again."
