If you're obsessed with fashion, plugged into culture, fueled by creativity, and passionate about making a real impact, this is your moment.

The Pacsun Youth Council is back for ‘Season 2’, and we're looking for the next generation of trendsetters, tastemakers, creators, and changemakers to help shape what's next.

As a Youth Council member, you'll:

  • Work directly with Pacsun executives and cross-functional teams
  • Share your ideas with leaders who are shaping the future of the brand
  • Influence products, experiences, campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Connect with other creative, forward-thinking young people from across the country
  • Get involved in select Pacsun events, activations, and brand experiences
  • Help drive conversations around fashion, culture, community, and purpose
  • Make your voice count in a way that creates real impact

CASTING REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the Pacsun Youth Council, applicants must:

  • Be between 12–22 years old
  • Reside in the United States
  • Influence products, experiences, campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Have a passion for fashion, creativity, community involvement, or social impact
  • Be available to participate in quarterly virtual Youth Council meetings and any additional activities for which they are selected
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
  • Obtain parent/guardian consent if under 18 years of age, and, if selected, submit any required parental consent, publicity release, and participation documents before participating in the Youth Council.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit a video (2 minutes or less) answering the following questions:

By submitting an application, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you satisfy the eligibility requirements above. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection to the Pacsun Youth Council.

VIDEO GUIDELINES

  • Videos must be 2 minutes or less
  • Record in a clear and quiet environment
  • Be authentic—we want to hear your unique perspective
  • No professional production required
  • By submitting your video, you grant Pacsun the right to review and evaluate your submission for purposes of the Youth Council selection process. Any additional use of your submission for marketing, promotional, or other commercial purposes will be subject to your separate consent (and, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian's consent).

APPLICATION DEADLINE

July 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT

Applications received after the deadline may not be considered. Pacsun reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or cancel the application process or the Youth Council program at any time in its sole discretion.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have a unique perspective
  • Are passionate about making a positive impact
  • Embrace creativity and self-expression
  • Want to help shape the future of fashion and community engagement
  • Are excited to collaborate with other young leaders from across the country

PARTICIPATION

Selected participants may be required to execute additional participation agreements, including publicity releases, confidentiality agreements, intellectual property assignments, and other program documentation. Participants under 18 years of age must have all required documents signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating. Participation in certain events or activities may also be subject to additional terms and conditions.


COMPENSATION

Participation in the Pacsun Youth Council is voluntary. Unless otherwise expressly communicated by Pacsun, participants will not receive compensation for participating in the program. Pacsun may, in its sole discretion, provide participants with merchandise, event invitations, travel opportunities, or other benefits.


PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the application process will be used and handled in accordance with Pacsun's Privacy Policy. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that Pacsun may collect, use, and process your personal information for purposes of administering the Youth Council application and participation process.
