The Hundreds is a two part lifestyle project ignited from the creativity and unique perspectives of owners Bobby Kim and Ben Shenassafar. With humble roots as a blog and online t-shirt shop their influences oozed of a sought after California culture and spread like wildfire thanks to word of mouth. The contemporary grass roots movement was born from the viral nature of the strong connections with young customers through an edgy online and social media presence.

The Hundreds quickly grew into a prominent online magazine and was gaining much more traction with their apparel and accessory offerings. The overarching themes of the publications and products are all tied to the street and subcultures born from the unique ideological values California is famous for. Looking to display their trademarks in attitude and authenticity The Hundreds opened up its flagship store in the Fairfax District, located in a Los Angeles neighborhood known for their popular retail shops, specifically modern streetwear looks.

From punk rock to rap, from skate to surf, The Hundreds products are meant to reflect a Los Angeles lifestyle and sensibility rooted in the 80’s and 90’s cultures where Kim and Shenassafar gained personal perspective. This type of pointed focus has spurred some crazy collaboration with a plethora of noteworthy names. Most recently, a time capsule look with Pepsi featuring unique graphics for each decade dating back to the 40’s.
