Showing Up For
Our Community

PacSun and the LA Rams launched Loads of Love to address chronic absenteeism, installing washer-dryer sets in 20 schools across Compton and LA Unified to provide students with access to clean clothes. In addition, PacSun donated $2 million in clothing to local schools, helping students feel confident and ready to learn.

PacSun and LAFC partnered with Bresee Youth Center for their annual backpack giveaway, supplying nearly 400 students with backpacks, school supplies, and new clothes to set them up for success. By easing back-to-school costs for families, this initiative ensured students started the year feeling prepared and confident.

PacSun and Angel City FC teamed up with Las Fotos Project to showcase their partnership through the lens of young photographers. Supporting creativity and community, this collaboration aligned with Las Fotos Project’s mission to empower youth from communities of color through photography and mentorship.

The annual UPRISERS Family Drive, in partnership with PacSun, is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of community, culture, and purpose. Bringing people together for a day of impact and fun, this initiative embodies what happens when streetwear and social good come together.

We acknowledge the need to prevent systematic racism both within our organization and the fashion retail industry. We commit to evolving pacsun into anti-racism organizations that actively fights against inequality and injustice through continuous learning, assesement, and action. Our four main areas of focus will be:

Workforce Diversification

Engage in practices that attract, recruit, promote and develop diverse talent.

Brand Projection

Evolve our brand projection to be a more inclusive representation of youth culture by hiring diverse (specifically black and brown) talent, models, and influencers.

Support Of Black-Owned Businesses

Actively seek out and partner with black-and minority-owned businesses and brands.

Activism

We use our platfrom, funds, and corporate voice to actively participate in the national fight against social and racial justices.

To Our PacSun Community:

As a California-born brand, Pacsun is heartbroken by the devastation caused by the ongoing Southern California wildfires. The destruction has impacted countless lives, and our hearts are with everyone affected during this incredibly difficult time in our community.

Over the past few weeks, Pacsun has taken immediate steps to support our local impacted communities:

  • Donated clothing directly to Individuals impacted by the fires.
  • Partnered with It’s Bigger Than Us and Spread Love Foundation, providing large-scale clothing donations that have been distributed throughout the Los Angeles communities.
  • Launched a donation drive for essential items at our HQ powered by the generosity of our incredible associates.
  • Additionally, donating product to brand partners and other organizations. More information around these efforts to come.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to help Los Angeles recover and rebuild, channeling the resilience that defines this incredible city.

To the first responders, firefighters, neighbors, and more who are coming together during this time, we see your courage and are inspired by your spirit. Thank you for all that you do.

At Pacsun, we love LA.
Together, we will rebuild stronger.

We designed Pacific Palisades pieces for our Men’s Spring 2025 collection—originally inspired by our coastal communities and shot in Hawaii in December 2024. Now, 100% of proceeds will go toward supporting those affected by the Southern California wildfires.
