Earlier this month, our leadership team came together to pause, reflect, and reconnect — exploring the future of retail, our Enneagram Institute Team ‘style’, and how our purpose and values continue to shape the way we lead. Led by our leadership coach Aleemna K Wraye at Case Leadership, the session was a reminder that strong results come from strong relationships — and that culture and creativity remain our greatest strategy.
