Because of temporary store closures and other circumstances beyond our control, your shipments or refunds may also be delayed. Due to the increasing COVID-19 safety precautions taking place in and around our call center and surrounding community, we are experiencing a reduction in our call center agent workforce. This means that wait times may be much longer than you are used to. There may also be protracted interruptions in call center service. We are making every attempt to address the concerns of our customers in the face of these circumstances, and will return to normal operations as soon as we can.
