Order & Return Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, we will send you an automated email containing all the information needed to track your package.

To track orders shipped via standard shipping please visit the FedEx website. Once the local post office receives the shipping information, you may also track the order on the USPS website.

All other shipping methods, including Overnight, 2nd Day, Ship-to-Store, and Express can be tracked on the FedEx website.

How can I track my return?

If you used the provided prepaid shipping label, you can track your return here. Please have your Return # handy. The Return # is located at the upper right hand corner of the invoice included in your order.

If you’ve used your own return method, please follow up with the carrier you elected to use to ship your product back to our warehouse.

Why are there items missing from my order?

Multiple item orders may ship from more than one location, so it's possible your items may be delivered at different times. You will only be billed once your entire order ships. Regardless of the number of shipments, a single order is charged only one shipping fee.

Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, with tags attached, within 60 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions: PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you. PacSun will only accept swimwear returns that have not been worn and with the original tags attached.

How can I return my online purchase?

Smart Label (Enclosed Prepaid Label)
Attach the prepaid, pre-addressed return label included on the front of your invoice to the return package and follow these easy steps.

  • 1. Complete the Return / Exchange Section located on your invoice.
  • 2. Enclose the Return / Exchange section in your return package.
  • 3. Remove or cover any previous labels, barcodes or tape on the exterior of the package being used.
  • 4. Bring your package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility (at home, work, or a Post Office).

You pay nothing upfront. $7 will be deducted from your refund / exchange. Don't have a return label? Don't worry, click here and follow the same easy steps!

Amazon and PayPal
Orders purchased through Amazon or paid for with PayPal cannot be returned to a PacSun store. These orders must be returned using one of the options above.

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

Yes! Bring the return item(s) along with the invoice and payment card used to any PacSun store. Orders purchased through Amazon or paid for with PayPal cannot be returned to a PacSun store. These orders must be returned using the Smart Label or Return on Your Own options.

How long will it take to process my return?

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. Once your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an automated email with all the pertinent details. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed 3-5 business days after your package has been received by the warehouse. If an exchange is processed, your account will reflect a refund for the returned item(s), and a charge for the exchange item(s) we’ll be shipping out. Exchange item(s) will ship via the same shipping method as your original order. If the item requested is no longer available, a refund will automatically be processed.

How can I update my online order?

Once the Place Secure Order button has been clicked, we can no longer modify or cancel your order. For customer convenience, we advise during the last step of checkout that you review your order for accuracy as no changes can be made once the order has been placed.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept American Express / Discover / MasterCard / Visa / PacSun Credit Card / PayPal / PacSun Gift Cards / PacSun eGift Cards. Credit and debit cards must be issued in the U.S.

PacSun Gift Cards and PacSun eGift Cards may not be used in combination with PayPal.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Yes! You can combine one credit card and up to 2 PacSun eGift Cards or Gift Cards on any order.

*PacSun Gift Cards and PacSun eGift Cards cannot be used in combination with PayPal.

How is sales tax determined?

PacSun charges sales tax based on the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the Order Review page during your checkout process.

Tax Holidays: We calculate tax based on your home state's individual product policy on a daily basis.

Does PacSun price match?

Yes, we price match! If you've already purchased an item that's now marked down, we'll refund you the difference. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price on PacSun.com.

Provide us the link where you found the item purchased for a lower price. The item must be the exact style and color you previously purchased. If you’re eligible for a price match, we’ll refund the original payment used on your order and notify you via email with your refund details.

*To be eligible for price match, your purchase must have been made within the past 10 days.

If an item is sold out, will you get any more in stock?

If you’re unable to find the size or color you’re looking for, we have sold out of our online inventory. At this time, PacSun.com does not restock online inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a possible alternative, we recommend calling or visiting your local PacSun to see if they have the item(s) in stock. Our store employees will be happy to assist you!

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment method will be charged once your order has left our warehouse. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax.

Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an order is placed on PacSun.com. This authorization ensures the funds for your order are available.

If your order is canceled, we will not charge you. The authorization will fall off your account automatically. The timeframe to automatically fall off will vary by payment method. For further information regarding pending authorizations, please contact your payment provider.

When will my order ship?

If you selected Standard shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 1:30PM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by USPS.

If you selected Express shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 1:30PM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx.

If you selected 2nd Day shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 8:30AM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx.

If you selected Overnight shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 8:30AM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx.

*We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders shipped Express, 2nd Day and Overnight will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders shipped FedEx SmartPost will not be delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Do you offer an on-time shipping guarantee?

Yes, PacSun offers an on-time shipping guarantee. After processing and shipping, if your domestic order is not delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the shipping table, PacSun will refund the shipping cost.

The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and orders shipping internationally.

Ship-To-Store

Can I ship my order to a PacSun store?

Yes! Your order will be waiting for you 3-4 business days after it ships.

Shipping is free unless you’re having your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, in which case it will be $7.00. Ship-to-Store is not available for our Puerto Rico stores.

How do I pick up my order from the store?

Please click on the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email that we send you. This will take you to the FedEx site where you can track your package.

When you come in, please bring a photo ID to pick up your package. If someone else goes to pick it up for you, they need to provide proof of your email confirmation.

If you do not pick up your order from the store within 10 business days from when it arrives, you will be refunded, and the product will be added to the store’s inventory for sale to the public.

What if I don’t like the item?

We strongly encourage you to check out your items and try them on in-store to make sure you like the look and fit. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in-store or simply follow the return instructions on the back of your invoice.

Promotions

How can I unsubscribe from emails?

We’re sorry to see you go! To unsubscribe, open one of our promotional emails, scroll to the bottom, and click “Unsubscribe.” You will be directed to the Contact Preference Center where you can unsubscribe from our promotional offers.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

There may be one or more styles in your bag that are excluded from the promotion. The following brands may be excluded in whole or in part from promotions, including promotional codes provided by PacSun or its affiliates:

Do you offer free shipping on shoes?

PacSun offers free shipping and returns on your whole order when purchasing a pair of regular priced shoes. Shop PacSun’s new shoe fashions, pick your favorites, and return them for free if they don’t work out. Just attach the prepaid, preaddressed return label at the bottom of the invoice and return the package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility.

To take advantage of free returns, be sure to return your package within 60 days of date of purchase. You must use PacSun’s prepaid label to qualify for free return shipping. Returns sent after 60 days are subject to return shipping charges or refusal.

*Qualifying orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and will arrive via U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, and Military APO/FPO do not qualify for free shipping and free returns.

Gifts & Gift Cards

Can I request an item be gift wrapped?

Yes! For $3.00, we'll wrap one item in tissue paper, and place it in our signature black box with PacSun branding and a personalized card. Your personalized card has a character limit of 140. Our box size varies by product and is available for most items. Some items like large jackets cannot be boxed due to size. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrap for orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S.

How can I order an eGift Card or Gift Card online?

PacSun conveniently offers two options when ordering a gift card! You can send an eGift Card via email or a plastic Gift Card by mail. Click here to purchase!

By purchasing a PacSun Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before purchasing.

  • 1. Value can be added to a plastic Gift Card at any time. In-store only.
  • 2. eGift Cards and Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only.
  • 3. Remaining balance under $10 will be refunded in cash upon request. In-store only.
  • 4. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase if there is a balance remaining on the card.

International

How do I ship internationally?

When you visit PacSun.com, your IP address will automatically change our site to international settings specific to your country. Your country’s flag will appear at the top of every page and our product prices will change from US dollars to your country’s currency. You can manually change which country you want the order to go to by clicking on the flag at the top of the page and selecting a different flag. You can also change the currency that you want to pay with by selecting the currency denomination to the right of the flag at the top of the page. The payment currency and the destination do not have to be the same country.

Most international orders will ship from the international hub in 4 business days. These 4 business days will be in addition to the transit times listed in the table above, and account for processing and transit time to our international shipping hub.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. You do not need a U.S. credit card. When you place your order, you will be able to choose which national currency you want to pay with. Your payment will be processed at the exchange rate in effect at the time that you placed your order. Refunds will be processed at the same exchange rate.

What about taxes, fees, tariffs, and customs?

All taxes, fees, and duties are included in your order price. If you return product there will be an additional U.S. Customs fee which will be deducted from your refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your purchase ships from the international hub, you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email that includes information needed to track your order.

Do international orders qualify for free shipping or special shipping offers?

Unfortunately, regular domestic free shipping or special shipping rates cannot be applied to international orders; however, we sometimes offer special shipping rates for international customers.

Are any of your brands restricted from shipping to my country?

Yes, for international trademark reasons, some of our brands are restricted from shipping to certain countries, including Nike, Volcom, Adidas, Burton, Enjoi, and Crooks & Castles.

Do you ship gift cards internationally?

Unfortunately, neither PacSun physical Gift Cards nor eGift Cards are available for purchase or redemption on international orders.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes. PacSun.com offers a 60-day return policy.

Please note that in most cases you are responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, no exchanges can be made on international orders, so all returned merchandise will be refunded. The refund will be processed at the same exchange rate that was in effect at the time that you paid for your order. Your refund will include any customs, tariffs, and taxes that you paid on your original order.

Please note that you will be charged a new U.S. Customs fee for the product to be returned to the U.S.

myGSOM REWARDS is a free program that allows you to earn points with every purchase and also for activities you already do! Earn 1,250 points and you will receive a $5 reward off your next PacSun purchase in store or online.

What is the cost to join?

Nothing! myGSOM REWARDS is absolutely free to join.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up at http://www.pacsun.com/account, on the PacSun mobile app or enroll in store.

Why do you need my email address?

We will use your email address to notify you about your points, rewards and personalized offers. You can change your communication preferences at any time by clicking the Preference Center link at the bottom of our emails.

Why should I download the PacSun mobile app?

The PacSun mobile app gives you on-the-go access to your account dashboard and easy tracking of your points, rewards and activity. Additionally, the app has a virtual card you can use to identify yourself in store.

Will I receive a myGSOM REWARDS card?

With myGSOM REWARDS, there are no physical cards to keep track of!

In store, simply provide your email address, phone number or mobile app virtual card at checkout.

On PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app, you just need to log in to your account. Don’t have an online account yet? Create one here.

When will I receive my $5 Welcome Reward?

Your welcome reward will be loaded to your account within 24 hours of joining.

How do I earn points for purchases?

For in-store purchases, provide the email address or phone number attached to your myGSOM REWARDS account at checkout to make sure you receive credit for your purchase. You can also log into the PacSun mobile app and present your myGSOM REWARDS virtual card to the cashier to scan.

For online/mobile app purchases, log in to your myGSOM REWARDS account prior to completing your purchase.

I forgot to tell the cashier that I was a loyalty member. Can I still get my points?

Yes- Please contact Customer Service and have your myGSOM REWARDS account information and receipt ready.

How do I look up my points balance?

Simply log in to your myGSOM REWARDS account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app. Your rewards dashboard will show you your points balance, rewards balance and account activity. Don’t have an online account yet? Create one here.

I earned points, but I don’t see them in my account. What should I do?

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours, your points are still not showing in your account, please contact Customer Service.

Do my points ever expire?

Points will expire 365 days from the last account activity (earning and/or redeeming points).

Are my points/reward certificates transferable?

No. Points and rewards are non-transferrable.

Will I lose my points if I return items?

Yes. Points will be deducted from your account upon the receipt of your return.

Do I earn points when buying a gift card?

No. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of a gift card; however, points can be earned when the gift card is redeemed.

Are there any restrictions on reward certificate redemption?

Reward certificates can be redeemed on any merchandise purchase equal to or greater than $5 before tax. Reward certificates expire 45 days after issuance.

How do I create an online account if I signed up in store?

You can complete your online account set-up and profile information here. Please select the “Join” button. The name and email you use to set up your online account should match what you provided during enrollment in store.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by logging in to your myGSOM REWARDS account on PacSun.com or the PacSun mobile app and clicking on Account Settings.

How do I get a $5 reward certificate when I reach 1,250 points?

You don’t need to do anything! Once you reach 1,250 points, your points will be redeemed and the $5 reward will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours. We will send you an email and/or push notification when the reward is ready for you to use.

I’ve earned 1,250 points, when will my reward be available?

Your $5 reward will be loaded to your account and available for you to use within 24 hours of reaching 1,250 points.

How will I know that I have a reward available?

We will send you an email and/or push notification to let you know you have a reward available - so make sure you are opted in to receive communications.

How do I redeem my $5 reward?

In-store: Simply tell the cashier you are a myGSOM REWARDS member at checkout and provide your email address, phone number or mobile app virtual card. The cashier can apply your reward right at the register! No certificates to print or present.

Online/mobile app: Log-in to your myGSOM REWARDS account prior to checking out and add the reward right in your basket! Don’t have an online account yet? Create one here.

Do reward certificates expire?

Reward certificates expire 45 days after issuance.

Do I have to use the entire $5 reward on a single transaction?

Yes. Reward certificates are valid on a minimum $5 purchase before tax, cannot be split amongst transactions, and there is no cash back.

What happens if I return an item that I used a reward certificate on?

Reward certificates are one time use and will not be refunded in the case of returns.

The website says my promo code is invalid. Why isn’t it working?

Many of our offers are personalized to your experience and will vary by customer. If you received an offer and are having difficulty applying it to your order, please make sure you are logged in to your myGSOM REWARDS account. If you are logged in to the account that received the offer and are still experiencing difficulty, please contact Customer Service.

When will I receive my store refund?

Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement. E-Gift Card or Gift Card refunds will see the refund placed back on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.

If your return refund was submitted and accepted by your financial institute but is still not showing on your statement, we will provide you with a reference number that you can provide to your financial institute to receive your refund.

How Can I Replace My Lost/Stolen Gift Card?

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be canceled and replaced with a new Gift Card upon proof of purchase, as required by PacSun, and in the amount of balance remaining when canceled or replaced.

How Do I Return My Merchandise Without A Store Receipt?

Returns without a receipt can either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price or the returned item.

Returns made 60 days or more after the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid either in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange.

PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 60 days from the purchase.

You have 60 days to return any items that were purchased with the original receipt, excluding Pierced Body Jewelry and Final Sale Items.

  • PacSun will not accept pierced body jewelry, this includes all earrings. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
  • PacSun will only accept swim or underwear returns/exchanges that has not been worn. This policy assures our swim hasn't been tried on.

Buy One Get One Promotions Return & Exchange Policy: You may exchange any BOGO item that was charged $0.00 for items of equal or lesser value of the original value. BOGO item(s) that were charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. Qualifying item Refund/Exchange requests will be processed referencing the dollar value originally charged.

Promo Codes & Coupons

Promo codes are valid only on pacsun.com, and should be entered at checkout in order to receive a discount. Promo codes are not valid in stores, unless specified and accompanied by an in-store barcode.

Valid PacSun coupons featuring a scannable in-store barcode may be presented at time of purchase to the store Associate, who will ensure the discount is applied to the transaction. In-store coupons are not valid online, unless specified and accompanied by an online promo code.

Price Match

For a one-time price adjustment, just present your original receipt within 10 days of the original purchase. (Please see price match terms below)

Price Match Refund Terms: No similar styles or "practically the same." The item you're price matching must be currently available in the same style, size and color as the PacSun.com item, and it must be found in a legit store in the United States. Price Match Refund is not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs. Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase.

Pending Transactions

When you make a purchase with your Debit or Credit Card, the merchant sends a request to your bank to make sure the account is open and funds are available. The bank returns an authorization code allowing the merchant to collect those funds at a later date. Most banks will then place a temporary hold on those funds to allow the merchant time to collect. These holds have an automatic expiration date of 3-5 business days, depending on bank policy. These holds will be released during nightly processing on the expiration date, or when the transaction is presented for payment, whichever is first.
