What is your holiday return policy?

Purchases made 11/1 - 12/14 are eligible to return through 1/15. Purchases made outside of these dates will follow the standard return policy.

How do I make a return?

Where is my refund?

Once your return has been processed, an email notification will be sent confirming the items returned and dollar amount you’ll be refunded.

Has my order shipped?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Since our team begins processing your order right away, once placed, your order cannot be cancelled, and changes cannot be made. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please contact Customer Service.

Why are items missing from my package?

Multiple item orders may ship from more than one location, so it's possible your items may be shipped and delivered at different times. You will be billed separately for each shipment, but we will not exceed the original authorized amount. Regardless of the number of shipments, a single order is charged only one shipping fee.

How can I make an exchange?

At this time, Pacsun is not offering online exchanges. Please place a new order, and we’ll be happy to refund any standard shipping cost or promotional discounts from your original order.

WHAT CHANGED

What changed about the program?

We’ve refined our program from 5 levels to 3 levels so you can make the most out of our benefits. Plus, a new exclusive invite only level for our most dedicated members. There are new perks each time you level up, such as free shipping vouchers, birthday & annual rewards, double points vouchers, & more!

How is my Pacsun Rewards tier determined?

Your level is now based on the amount you spend in a calendar year, and level status will be reevaluated each December 31. Members have one calendar year to earn qualifying points, based on annual spend, that count towards their current level status. "Calendar Year" is defined as the one-year period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31. Level status is good for the Calendar Year in which you qualify and the following calendar year. To maintain level status, you must requalify every Calendar Year. When a Member returns a purchase, the Member’s Level will be adjusted accordingly, as discussed below. I was a Meta member with free shipping before. What will happen?

Your updated level is based on the amount you've spent in a calendar year. However, previous Meta level members will be granted their free shipping benefit till the end of the year December 31, 2025.

What about my previous rewards?

Any rewards that expired during the Pacsun Rewards maintenance period beginning August 5, 2025, have been granted an additional 30 days on their initial expiration date. All points earned from purchases made during this time have been reconciled and applied retroactively. Please contact our customer service team if you do not see points from this period reflected in your account.

What is Pacsun Rewards?

Pacsun Rewards is a free program that allows you to earn points by shopping and completing activities that you already do. For every 125 points earned, Members will receive a Reward valid for $5 off a future in-store or online Pacsun purchase. Plus, you’ll receive a $5 Welcome Reward just for signing up.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up here, through the Pacsun mobile app, or in-store.

Why do you need my email address?

We will use your email address to notify you about your points, Rewards, and personalized offers. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails.

When will I receive my $5 Welcome Reward?

Your Welcome Reward will be available in your account 24 hours after joining.

How do I register an online account if I signed up in-store?

You can register your online account and complete your profile information here. Select the Sign Up button. The name and email you use to set up your online account should match what you provided during enrollment in-store.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by logging into your Pacsun Rewards account on pacsun.com or through the Pacsun mobile app by clicking on Personal Info.

How do I cancel my Pacsun Rewards account?

EARNING

How do I earn points?

Member, Plus, Premiere, & All Access levels earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You will earn points for every $1 spent on Pacsun merchandise, after any discounts have been applied. Shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases, and tax do not qualify for points. For in-store purchases, provide the phone number or email address associated with your Pacsun Rewards account at checkout and the points for your purchase will be automatically added to your account. You can also log into the Pacsun mobile app and present your Pacsun Rewards virtual card to the cashier to scan.

I forgot to tell the cashier that I was a loyalty member. Can I still get my points?

How can I earn even more points?

How do I look up my points balance?

Simply log in to your Pacsun Rewards account on Pacsun.com or the Pacsun mobile app. Your rewards dashboard will show you your points balance, rewards balance and account activity.

I earned points, but I don't see them in my account. What should I do?

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours your points still do not show in your account, contact Pacsun Customer Service. How do I earn a higher tier status in Pacsun Rewards?

Tiers are based on the amount you’ve spent (excluding shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases) in a calendar year. You’ll automatically be leveled up based on your spend amount. A level upgrade remains valid until December 31 of the following year and will be reevaluated annually to ensure the requirements are met. Do points expire?

Points will expire 365 days from the last account activity (earning and/or redeeming points). If you make at least one purchase every 365 days, your points will not expire.

Can I share my points or rewards with someone else?

No, points and Rewards are non-transferrable.

Will I lose my points if I return items?

Yes, points will be deducted from your account upon the receipt of your return.

Do I earn points when buying a gift card?

No, points cannot be earned when you buy a gift card. Points can, however, be earned when the gift card is redeemed.

REWARDS

I've earned 125 points; when will my $5 Reward be available?

Once you reach 125 points, the $5 Reward will be automatically loaded to your account within 24 hours, and your point balance will return to zero.

Are there restrictions for redeeming double points for my birthday?

Yes, double points may only be earned on the first transaction made during your birthday month. Double points may be earned on Pacsun merchandise, after any discounts have been applied. Shipping, gift wrap, gift card purchases, and tax do not qualify for double points.

How do I redeem my double point vouchers?

Plus members receive 2 double points vouchers per year, while Premiere members receive 4. Each voucher can be applied to one purchase and cannot be combined. Redeem your voucher online or in-store to earn double points on your purchase.

How will I know that I have a reward available?

You can check your Reward and point balances by logging into your account. Additionally, we will send you an email to let you know you have a Reward available. Members who have opted out of email communications from us may not receive these notifications.

Do Rewards expire?

Yes, Rewards converted from points expire 45 days after issuance. Other Rewards issued may have a different expiration timeframe (Birthday & Annual Rewards).

How do I redeem my $5 reward?

Do I have to use the entire $5 Reward in a single transaction?

Yes, when checking out online or in-store, Rewards may only be redeemed on any merchandise purchase equal to or greater than $9.99 before tax.

Are there any restrictions on Reward certificate redemption?

Rewards cannot be split amongst transactions, and there is no cash back. Rewards may not be used on tax, shipping, gift cards, or on past purchases. They also may not be redeemed for cash.

Is there a limit on Rewards that can be redeemed?

Yes, a maximum of $50 in Rewards can be redeemed within a 30-day period.

What happens if I return an item that was purchased using a Reward?

Rewards are one-time use and will not be refunded in the event of a return.

What defines a punch for the Graphic Tee Punch Card?

Any graphic tee purchased will count as a punch on the Pacsun Free Graphic Tee Punch Card. 4 graphic tees purchased will earn you your free tee.

How do I keep track of punch card punches?

Log in to your Pacsun Rewards account on Pacsun.com or the mobile app. Your My Account dashboard will show your punch card progress.

I'm getting a message that reads Minimum $0.01 required in the cart total when I try to redeem my coupon.

Customers cannot check out with a $0.00 cart. Please add another item or purchase a graphic tee with a subtotal of greater than $30.

RESTRICTIONS

In-Store Restrictions

This supersedes all other Pacsun return policies. ▪️ Earrings, masks and women's underwear cannot be returned. ▪️ Swimwear cannot be returned in-store. ▪️ You can return Cash App and Venmo in-store, but the refund will be in the form of store credit only. Return a Purchase Made In-Store

You can return online orders either via mail or to a Pacsun store. Cash App and Venmo purchases can be returned in-store, but for store credit only. For a refund to your Cash App or Venmo account, please return by mail. You can return in-store purchases to any Pacsun store within 30 days. You cannot return in-store purchases via mail. Swimwear purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

Merchandise credit will be issued for: * Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase. * Returns of purchases made with a gift card or being returned with a gift receipt. Return Restrictions

Price Match Policy

If an item available in-store has a lower price on Pacsun.com, the online price will be matched in-store. The item must be identical in style and color and currently available on Pacsun.com; "similar" items are not eligible for price matching. Online-exclusive offers and coupons cannot be applied in-store, and price matching is not available for any sites other than Pacsun.com, including third-party platforms like TikTok Shop. A one-time price adjustment is available within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt if the item goes on sale.

Refund Timeframe

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. If your refund has not posted after 7 days, we can provide you with a reference number to give to your payment processor to expedite your refund. Please contact Customer Service and provide the information below so we can research your refund: * Return date (month/date/year) * Store # * Trans # * Total refund amount * Last four digits of credit or debit card used for return

Track My Return

If you returned your online order using the prepaid shipping label provided by Pacsun, please refer to the PDF copy emailed to you the day your return was created. The return tracking # is available on the return label and can be tracked on FedEx.com. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an automated email when your refund has been issued. All refunds are conditional on receipt of the product by Pacsun and posted to the original method of payment, see below for exceptions. Please allow your bank an additional 3 to 5 business days for them to post the funds to your account. Returns initiated 30 days after the ship date will be refunded in the form of store-credit. No Exchanges. All returns are for refund.

Marketplace Returns

For orders placed on Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, returns can only be initiated on their storefronts. These purchases cannot be returned in Pacsun stores. Please refer to their return policies for more information.

Door Dash Returns

For purchases made on the Door Dash app, returns are only accepted in-store. Please bring a copy of your receipt. We will refund to the original method of payment used by the Door Dasher. Please follow up with Door Dash directly for the refund back to payment associated to your Door Dash account. For additional questions, please go through Customer Support on the Door Dash app.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

  1. What is Pacsun doing to make Buy Online, Pick Up In Store safe during COVID-19? Our associates are wearing masks and are washing their hands before and after every pick-up exchange with customers, as well as frequently throughout the day. Flexible options for contactless pick-up are also available across all stores. Please contact your selected Pacsun store prior to picking up your order for more details.

  2. When will my order be available? Your order will be available as soon as 2 hours after your order is placed. Please note that orders placed within 2 hours of the store closing may not be available until the next day.

  3. Will I be notified when my order is ready? Yes, we will notify you using the e-mail address associated with your order.

  4. Am I able to select my pick-up location? Yes, you may select your pick-up location on the page of the product you’d like to pick up in store. Please note that you cannot update this once your order has been placed.

  5. What do I need to bring with me when I pick up my order? Please bring a valid ID and your confirmation e-mail (either printed out or displayed on your mobile device) and present it to an in-store associate.

  6. Do I need to pay upon arrival? No, once your order is picked up and marked complete, the method of payment associated with your account will be charged automatically.

  7. How late can I pick up my order? Pacsun store hours vary. Prior to pick up, please contact your pick location for store hours. For contact info, please click here.

  8. How many days do I have to pick up my order? You have 7 days to pick up your order at your selected Pacsun store. If you exceed the 7 days, an in-store associate will cancel your order and place your item(s) back into the store’s inventory.

  9. Can someone else pick up my order? Yes, you may select an Alternate Pick-Up Recipient at checkout only. Any designated Alternate Pick-Up Recipient will need to bring a valid ID in order to pick up the order. Please note that you cannot update this once your order has been placed.

  10. Am I able to cancel my pick-up order? Yes, simply call the selected Pacsun store to cancel your pick-up order. Please be sure to provide the billing name, the billing e-mail address, and the order number. Additionally, if you do not pick up your order in 7 days, an in-store associate will cancel your order and place your item(s) back into the store’s inventory.

  11. Am I able to place orders for Pacsun.com items and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store items in the same transaction? Are these types of orders eligible for the current free shipping promotion? Yes, to simplify your shopping experience, you may place your order in a single transaction. Shipping is free for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders.

  12. How do I return my pick-up items? You can return your item(s) in store or online. In store returns will not be eligible until 24 hours after your order is picked up. Please visit Return an Online Order for more complete details on how to return your order.

  13. If I cannot find an item I want at my local Pacsun store, what do I do? Since inventory is always changing, we recommend ordering your item online as you see it available.

Sold Out

If you’re unable to find the size or color you’re looking for on our site, we have sold out of our online inventory. Unfortunately, except for denim, we do not restock online inventory; however, the items you're looking for may be at a Pacsun store near you.

Forgotten Password

Are you trying to log in to your Pacsun online account but forgot your password? Simply follow these easy steps: 1. Go to My Account and click Forgot Password? 2. Enter in your email address 3. Check your email for reset instructions Should you run into any issues, please contact Customer Service.

Modify or Cancel Order

During the last step of online checkout we advise customers to please review their orders for accuracy because no changes can be made once the order has been placed.

Can I change my order or cancel it?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because our team picks and packs your order right away, and wraps all the orders together on pallets which are sealed for shipment regardless of when they actually ship. Please note that pre-orders are an exception. To cancel your pre-order, please contact Customer Service.

What if I want to change the the ship-to address?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified. For customer security, shipments must be sent to the address selected by the cardholder during purchase.

When Will I Be Charged

When will I be charged for my online order?

Most customers are charged at the time package has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax. Multiple shipments may have multiple charges, but they will not exceed your original purchase total. Afterpay customers are charged a first installment at the time the order is placed. The three remaining installments are debited every two weeks.

Why was I charged twice?

Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an online order is placed to be sure funds are available. This pending authorization will fall off your account automatically, usually within a couple of business days. Please contact your payment provider for more information.

Sales Tax

Pacsun charges sales tax on online orders based on the tax laws of the state to which your order is shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes appear on the final page of checkout after your shipping info has been provided.

Tax Holidays

We calculate tax on a daily basis according to your home state's individual product policy.

Valid Pacsun coupons featuring a scannable in-store barcode may be presented at time of purchase to the store Associate, who will ensure the discount is applied to the transaction. Price Matches

For a one-time price adjustment, just present your original receipt within 10 days of the original purchase. (Please see price match terms below). Price Match Refund Terms: No similar styles or "practically the same." The item you're price-matching must be currently available in the same style, size and color as the Pacsun.com item, and it must be found in a legit store in the United States. Price Match Refund is not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs. Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase. Unrecognized Charge

Pending

When you make a purchase with your Debit or Credit Card, the merchant sends a request to your bank to make sure the account is open and funds are available. The bank returns an authorization code allowing the merchant to collect those funds at a later date. Most banks will then place a temporary hold on those funds to allow the merchant time to collect. These holds have an automatic expiration date of 3-5 business days, depending on bank policy. These holds will be released during nightly processing on the expiration date, or when the transaction is presented for payment, whichever is first.

Lost Gift Card

Most international orders will ship from the international hub in 2 business days. These 2 business days will be in addition to the transit times listed at checkout, and account for processing and transit time to our international shipping hub.

International Returns

You may return orders within 30 days of purchase. FOG (Fear of God) Essentials, PS Reserve, and Alliance Entertainment items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This supersedes all other Pacsun return policies. To initiate an international return, please click here. Please do not return product any other way than through our return process or we will not be able to refund you. Please note that in most cases you are responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, no exchanges can be made on international orders, so all returned merchandise will be refunded. The refund will be processed at the same exchange rate that was in effect at the time that you paid for your order.
