  • Can I earn points at PacSun stores?
  • No, the PacSun Member Rewards Program is available online only. Points for making a purchase must be made online at

  • What are Tasks?
  • Tasks are another way to earn points apart from the standard list of Points. Tasks change regularly and can require the completion of one step or multiple steps. Tasks are not yet available on our mobile site, so please visit our desktop site for more information on tasks.

  • What are Levels?
  • Levels indicate your status in the PacSun Member Rewards program and provide access to special rewards. For example, when you reach 25,000 points, you move to the Bronze level. As you earn more points, you move up to higher premium levels.

  • How can I change my avatar?
  • Just connect to FB and you should see your FB avatar.

  • How do I redeem my points for a reward?
  • From any page on our mobile site, click on the black PACSUN Member Rewards button. The My Rewards page displays a gift icon and a list of reward items.

    Click on one of the Reward items and that reward page displays. Click on the black Redeem button to select that item as your reward.

    A redemption form displays. If you have enough redeemable points for the reward, just follow the instructions.

    When the redemption is complete, your points will be deducted and you will get a reward confirmation email.

    You can also find the list of rewards on your Account Page just by clicking on your avatar in the top bar on the site.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping when I redeem a reward?
  • There is no charge for shipping to addresses in the United States and its territories or to APO/FPO addresses for most rewards. PacSun reserves the right to charge for shipping in its sole discretion.

  • Can I return my reward?
  • No.

  • Can I transfer points or rewards to another member?
  • No, you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program.

  • Is the Member Rewards Program available internationally?
  • No. At this time, the Program is only available to legal residents of the United States and its territories.
