How Do I Track My PacSun.com Order?

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email containing an order number and a package tracking ID or a delivery confirmation number specific to your order. Use this information to track your package on one of the given links below. Please note that shipments to military APO or FPO addresses cannot be tracked.

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via FedEx Smart Post will arrive via US Postal Service.
Second Day & Next Day Shipping: http://www.fedex.com/us.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Refund/Exchange?

From the day you shipped your return package to us, please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed to the credit card on your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement. E-Gift Card or Gift Card refunds will see the refund placed back on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem.

How Do I Update My New PacSun.com Order?

We're pleased to assist you with making changes to your order; however changes to new orders can only be made within the first 30 minutes of the order being placed. After 30 minutes our team is unable to update or cancel orders, as your order is more than likely being prepared for shipment.

How Do I Price Match?

See an item for a lower price on another site, or at another store? No problem; we always price match. If you've already purchased an item that's now marked down, we'll refund you the difference. We'll even refund the difference if you find a lower price on PacSun.com (just has to be within 10 days after your purchase).

  • Prepare to provide your PacSun.com order details or the URL of the site where you found the item and directions on how to locate it; or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.
  • After we confirm the information is correct, you will be awarded 100% of the price difference. PacSun.com will email you with your refund total.

Price Match Refund Terms: No similar styles or "practically the same." The item you're price matching must be currently available in the same style, size and color as the PacSun item, and it must be found at a store in the United States. Price Match Refund is not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs. Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase.

Why Was My Gift Card Processed Without Value?

Please allow 2 business days from the date your order was shipped to redeem your PacSun Gift Card. Gift Cards may not contain value upon arrival. Rest assured this isn't an error. Adding value to Gift Cards can take up to 2 business days.

How do I inquire about my PacSun charge?

If the transaction(s) on your account are "pending" please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to fully process

When will I receive my store refund?

Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement. E-Gift Card or Gift Card refunds will see the refund placed back on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.

If your return refund was submitted and accepted by your financial institute but is still not showing on your statement, we will provide you with a reference number that you can provide to your financial institute to receive your refund.

How Can I Replace My Lost/Stolen Gift Card?

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be canceled and replaced with a new Gift Card upon proof of purchase, as required by PacSun, and in the amount of balance remaining when canceled or replaced.

PacSun is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, but we will try our best to get you a new one! Click here and provide the necessary information below.

How Do I Return My Merchandise Without A Store Receipt?

Returns without a receipt can either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price or the returned item.

Returns made 60 days or more after the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid either in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange.

PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

PacSun will only accept swim returns/exchanges that have not been worn. This policy assures our swim hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

If you paid by Debit or Credit Card and would like to receive a refund for the merchandise, click here and provide the necessary information below.

Return Policy

We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 60 days from the purchase.

Buy One Get One Promotions Return & Exchange Policy: You may exchange any BOGO item that was charged $0.00 for items of equal or lesser value of the original value. BOGO item(s) that were charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. Qualifying item Refund/Exchange requests will be processed referencing the dollar value originally charged.

Smart Label: Your most convenient return option.
Attach the prepaid, pre-addressed return label included on the front of your packing slip to the return package and follow these easy steps.
1. Complete the Return / Exchange Section on the packing slip from your order.
2. Enclose the Return / Exchange section in your return package.
3. Remove or cover any previous labels, barcodes or tape on the exterior of the package being used.
4. Bring your package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility (at home, work, or a Post Office).

You pay nothing upfront. $7 will be deducted from your refund / exchange.

Don't have a return label? Don't worry, just click Create a Return Label and follow the same easy steps! Make sure to write down the return number for future tracking. If you have more than one package, you will need to create and pay for an additional label. Each label is unique and can only be used once.

Track your return package: Just click on Track a Smart Label Return to track your return/exchange package. Please have the return number ready. The return number is located on the front of the packing slip included with your order. If you created a return label, please enter the complete tracking number provided. If you've already attempted to track your package and continue to have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us.

Option 2: Return to a local PacSun Store.
Bring the return item along with the packing slip and credit card used for payment to any PacSun store. Amazon and PayPal orders may not be returned to a PacSun store.

Option 3: Return on your own.

  • Mail: Please review the Return Options above to learn how to ship items you would like to exchange. For exchanges, your credit card statement will reflect a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for the new item(s). If your item is out of stock we will refund the returned item(s).

Body Jewelry & Swimwear

PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

PacSun will only accept swimwear returns/exchanges that have not been worn and with the original tags attached.

Sales Tax

State and Local Taxes: PacSun charges sales tax based on the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the Order Review page during your Checkout process.

Tax Holidays: We calculate tax based on your home state's individual product policy on a daily basis.

Tax Exemptions: If you are eligible for tax exemption, direct exemption requests to Customer Service at 1-877-372-2786 for assistance with providing the right documentaion for your state. Your documentation will then be reviewed by on of our tax specialists.

Ship to Store

  • When will my Ship to Store order arrive?
    Your order will be waiting for you 3-4 business days after it ships.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free unless you’re having your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, in which case it will be $7.00. Ship to Store is not available in our Puerto Rico stores yet.
  • Who can pick up the order?
    You must bring a photo ID to pick up your package. If someone else goes to pick it up for you, they need to bring your email confirmation, either printed out or on their smart phone or similar device.
  • How will I know when it’s ready for pickup?
    Please click on the tracking link on the shipment notification email that we send you. This will take you to the FedEx site where you can track your package.
  • How soon do I have to pick it up from the store?
    If you do not pick up your order from the store within 10 business days from when it arrives, you will be refunded and the product will be added to the store’s inventory for sale to the public.
  • Can I open the order to make sure I like it?
    Yes! We strongly encourage you to check out your items and even try them on in the store to make sure you like the look and fit.
  • What if I don’t like an item?
    You can return items in the store or simply follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip.

Return Policy

We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 60 days from the purchase.

You have 60 days to return any items that were purchased with the original receipt, excluding Pierced Body Jewelry and Final Sale Items.

  • PacSun will not accept pierced body jewelry, this includes all earrings. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
  • PacSun will only accept swim or underwear returns/exchanges that has not been worn. This policy assures our swim hasn't been tried on.

All items returned within 60 days with the original receipt will be refunded based on the original form of payment.

Any items returned after 60 days or more after purchase date will be credited for the price paid either in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange.

Returns without a receipt will either be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price or the returned item.

If you purchased your return at a PacSun store, simply return it to your local PacSun store, for your refund/exchange. If you purchased online, you can mail it back to our return center using our self-addressed label.

Merchandise purchased at a PacSun store can only be returned to one of our PacSun stores.

Buy One Get One Promotions Return & Exchange Policy: You may exchange any BOGO item that was charged $0.00 for items of equal or lesser value of the original value. BOGO item(s) that were charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. Qualifying item Refund/Exchange requests will be processed referencing the dollar value originally charged.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges that do not have the tags attached can only be exchanged for the current selling price or the returned item.

Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you purchased your original items. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement. E-Gift Card or Gift Card refunds will see the refund placed back on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.

If you paid by check, a cash refund will be issued after 7 days from the time of the original purchase date.

Price Match

For a one-time price adjustment, just present your original receipt within 10 days of the original purchase. (Please see price match terms below)

Price Match Refund Terms: No similar styles or "practically the same." The item you're price matching must be currently available in the same style, size and color as the PacSun.com item, and it must be found in a legit store in the United States. Price Match Refund is not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs. Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase.

Pending Transactions

When you make a purchase with your Debit or Credit Card, the merchant sends a request to your bank to make sure the account is open and funds are available. The bank returns an authorization code allowing the merchant to collect those funds at a later date. Most banks will then place a temporary hold on those funds to allow the merchant time to collect. These holds have an automatic expiration date of 3-5 business days, depending on bank policy. These holds will be released during nightly processing on the expiration date, or when the transaction is presented for payment, whichever is first.

Sales Tax

State and Local Taxes: PacSun charges sales tax based on the tax laws of the state your purchase is made.

Tax Holidays: We calculate tax based on your home state's individual product policy on a daily basis.

International Orders

How do I ship internationally?

When you visit PacSun.com, your IP address will automatically change our site to international settings specific to your country. Your country’s flag will appear at the top of every page and our product prices will change from US dollars to your country’s currency.

You can manually change which country you want the order to go to by clicking on the flag at the top of the page and selecting a different flag. You can also change the currency that you want to pay with by selecting the currency denomination to the right of the flag at the top of the page. The payment currency and the destination do not have to be the same country.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Please check the shipping table to calculate shipping costs to your country.

What payment options do you accept from international customers?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. You do not need a U.S. credit card. When you place your order, you will be able to choose which national currency you want to pay with. Your payment will be processed at the exchange rate in effect at the time that you placed your order. Any future refunds will be processed at the same exchange rate.

What about taxes, fees, tariffs, and customs?

All taxes, fees, and duties are included in your order price.

If you return product there will be an additional US Customs fee which will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to ship to my country?

Please check the shipping table for estimated shipping times to your destination. Please add two additional days for our team to verify your order, process your payment information, and package your items for shipment.

Can I order from my country for delivery to a US address?

Yes, you can place an order to a US shipping address by clicking the American flag at the top of any page and completing checkout as usual. This is considered a domestic order and not an international order. It is subject to the same rules regarding payment methods and shipping times as regular domestic orders. For information, please see our domestic shipping table.

How do I track my international order?

Once your purchase is on its way, you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email that includes your new order number. To check on your order status, please visit our international order status page. Please remember that PacSun is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural or man-made disasters, or situations that are the responsibility of the shipper.

Can I use a freight forwarder?

Yes, you can use a freight forwarder, such as MyUS.com. If you use a freight forwarder, your order will be shipping to a US shipping address and so your order is considered a domestic order, not international. For information, please see our domestic shipping table.

Please note that once a shipment has been delivered to the domestic freight forwarder address, the order is considered to be complete. Any further shipment of your order beyond the US, or any returns back from outside of the US, is the responsibility of you and your freight forwarder.

Your freight forwarder will charge you additional fees to ship your order the rest of the way from the United States to your country. They will work with you to prepare customs paperwork and fees.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are considered domestic, not international, and are subject to the same domestic payment methods and shipping schedule. You can place your military order via our regular US site, by clicking on the national flag at the top of any page and selecting the United States flag. And we at PacSun.com thank you for your service.

Do you price-match international orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price-matching for international orders. This is because certain factors outside of our control, such as additional shipping charges or payment method refunds, may affect your price match request.

Do international orders qualify for free shipping or special shipping offers?

Unfortunately, regular domestic free shipping or special shipping rates cannot be applied to international orders. However, sometimes we will offer special shipping rates only to our international customers.

Are any of your brands restricted from shipping to my country?

Yes, for international trademark reasons, some of our brands are restricted from shipping to certain countries, including Nike, Volcom, Adidas, Burton, Enjoi and Crooks   Castles. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.

Do you ship gift cards internationally?

Unfortunately, neither PacSun physical Gift Cards nor E-Gift Cards are available for purchase or for redemption on international orders.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes. PacSun.com has an industry-leading 60-day return policy.

Please note that in most cases you are responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, no exchanges can be made on international orders, so all returned merchandise will be refunded instead of replaced. The refund will be processed at the same exchange rate that was in effect at the time that you paid for your order. Your refund will include any customs, tariffs, and taxes that you paid on your original order. But please note that you will be charged a new US Customs fee for the product to be returned to the US.

For return instructions please contact Customer Service. Please do not return product any other way than through our returns process or we will not be able to refund you.

Can I return my international order to one of your stores?

International orders have different packing slips and follow a different path in their return to our company. In order for you to be refunded promptly and correctly, we ask that you please do not return international orders to one of our PacSun stores.

Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Territories

Are orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories considered international?

Orders going to Puerto Rico are not considered to be international. We ship domestically to the fifty United States including Alaska and Hawaii, to the District of Columbia, and to Puerto Rico. Orders to these places are considered regular domestic orders. For information, please see our domestic shipping table.

Orders going to Other US Territories such as Guam, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands are considered to be international.

Orders going to Canada are also considered to be international.
